Hi, I’m Slade Ferguson, and I’ve been proud to call Starkville home since 2013. Most of my career has been spent in real estate and property management, where I learned the ins and outs of what makes a home safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to train and license facilities staff across the country and lead large-scale inspections for multifamily and mixed-use properties. Those experiences taught me to pay attention to the details that really matter, because small issues can turn into big problems if they’re overlooked.

Now that I’m a licensed home inspector, I’m excited to put that experience to work for the Starkville community. My goal is simple: to provide honest, thorough inspections that give my clients peace of mind and help them make informed decisions about their homes.
